Senior Art Classes
In art classes for seniors, there is no wrong way to make art! The goal with each class is to create an environment where residents feel empowered to make their own mark with confidence and a smile. A regular creative practice for seniors can: improve communication, reduce stress, increase self-esteem, strengthen fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help you stop thinking! Art is good for you at every age, especially in the Golden Years.
